Eligibility & Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract. Keep login details confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorised use.
Orders & Contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order. A contract forms when we dispatch the item(s) and send a dispatch/confirmation message.
Pricing, Availability & Errors
Prices are shown in PKR and may change without notice. Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout. We may cancel any order affected by pricing/stock errors or suspected fraud; any amounts paid will be refunded.
Payments
We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments are processed securely by the relevant processor; we do not store full card/wallet details on our servers. For COD, the courier may collect cash at delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch timelines and delivery estimates are shown at checkout (subject to courier conditions, public holidays, and force-majeure events). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or collection by you/your agent. Please inspect packages on delivery and report issues promptly.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We aim for easy returns. Unless a product page states otherwise, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging with all tags/accessories. Hygiene items, perishables, customised or clearly used/damaged goods may be non-returnable.
Wrong/Damaged items: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Refund method: original payment method where possible; COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Return shipping: borne by the customer unless the item is defective/incorrect.

Promotions, Coupons & Gifts
Promo codes and offers are time-bound, single-use unless stated, non-transferable, and cannot be combined. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
Reviews & User Content
You are responsible for content you post (e.g., reviews). Do not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing material. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Prohibited Uses
No misuse of the site or services, including fraud, payment abuse/chargeback misuse, interference with site security, or scraping without consent.
